    121195 - MPower Summer Fitness

The MPower Youth Sports Summer Fitness program is designed for middle and high school students looking to build endurance, speed and core strength for their fall sports season. Student-athletes will focus on running technique and conditioning work that will benefit their athletic performance in any sport while reducing their risk of injury. We will provide a gait analysis to each athlete and nutritional guidance to optimize performance. Prior to the program, athletes will submit an intake form outlining their goals for the summer. The coaches will create a customized training plan and journal to help them reach those goals. Going on vacation this summer? No problem! Just take your training plan with you and complete your workouts wherever you are. We’ll be here when you get back.

MPower’s Summer Fitness program is coached by Gino Caro - a professional speed coach with experience coaching youth, high school, NCAA and NFL teams, and individuals; Andrew Miller - a certified RRCA Running Coach, USATF Track Coach and sports physical therapist; and Krissy Mok - a certified RRCA Running Coach and USATF Track Coach.
