301020 - MudHogs Tackle Football
Farmington Recreation and the Farmington Valley MudHogs have teamed up to offer MudHogs Tackle Football, NFL Flag Football and MudHogs Cheerleading to the youth of Avon, Burlington, Canton, Farmington and Harwinton. For more information and to start the registration process, please register your child in the appropriate group below and visit MudHogs Football at www.mudhogsfootball.com.
GENERAL INFORMATION:
MudHogs Tackle Football, MudHogs Cheerleading and NFL Flag Football practices will be held one to three times per week at various times and locations. Specific requests for practice days and times will not be accepted.
PLAYER ASSESSMENTS:
Players assessments will be held on July 16, July 24 and August 1. For more information, please visit www.mudhogsfootball.com.
A late fee of $25.00 will be assessed beginning Saturday, July 27, 2019. Absolutely no registrations will be accepted after 8/2/19.

CONCUSSION INFORMATION:
Per Connecticut General Statutes, programs that service children ages 7 - 19 who engage in an athletic activity such as an organized game or competition against another team or in preparation for a game or competition or who attend an athletic camp or clinic in which the purpose is to train, instruct, or prepare the participant to engage in an organized athletic game or competition to provide a written or electronic statement on the signs and symptoms of concussions to each athlete and parent/guardian upon registration.
